You’ll learn how to support your body and prepare for detoxing so it feels supportive instead of stressful.
During the program we’ll cover:

✔ Supplements that support detox pathways
✔ The role of movement and lymphatic health
✔ Nervous system regulation and stress
✔ Environmental toxins and reducing exposure
✔ Gut health and elimination
You’ll gain tools you can continue using long after the detox ends.
We’ll move through the detox together with daily guidance, nutrition support, and simple practices that support your body’s natural detox pathways.

Week 2

• Daily guidance and education
• Detox food lists and meal ideas
• Simple action steps each day
• Group accountability and encouragement
• Practical tools to support detox pathways
The goal is to help you feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout the process.
